The Trimble® SPS882 Smart GPS Rover / Antennas are the simple solution to all your site measurement and stakeout applications. Key components of the Trimble® Site Positioning System, these high-accuracy smart antennas use Global Positioning System (GNSS) satellite signals to compute its exact locations and give contractors an easy-to-use, wide area measurement system for a variety of site preparation and grade checking applications.

A truly flexible solution for Heavy and Highway contractors, the SPS882 is a base-level receiver model that can be configured for many different functions and accuracy levels - at point of delivery or any time in the future. the SPS Smart GPS882 Antenna, as delivered by Spectra I.S. , has a minimum configuration that enables it to be turned on and track satellites. The unit can be turned on as a single frequency unit or can be upgraded for Locatin RTK or Precision RTK rover or base operations based on customer requirements.

Rover set up is fast and easy—just switch on the receiver, start up the controller and you're ready to go! And because the GPS receiver, GPS antenna, radio, radio antenna and battery are integrated into one housing, you don’t have to deal with cables and multiple components.

The Trimble SPS882 Smart GPS Antennas are powered by advanced Trimble R-Track technology, the Trimble SPS882 supports a wide range of satellite signals, including GPS L2C and L5 and GLONASS L1/L2 signals.
